The aim of our research is to prove any violation of rights in industrial property, intervening to fight piracy, fraud, unfair competition and any other violation that infringes the intellectual property rights (patents, utility models, or industrial secrets for production or identification).
Our procedure begins with the identification of counterfeit product and its subsequent acquisition and identification of the holder (natural or legal person) responsible for placing it on the market. At the same time, we carry out inquiries and investigations to find out their distribution and purchase channels as well as their manufacturing centers.
Our actions are reflected in a report where all the proof and evidence of interest are registered during our intervention, aiming to establish the facts which violate (from usurpation) our client’s rights in industrial property.
